完善全球经济治理

中国提出的全球经济治理的根本目标是推动经济全球化朝着均衡、普惠、共赢方向发展。均衡，就是要兼顾发达国家和发展中国家需求，平衡发达国家和发展中国家关切。普惠，就是要把各种实实在在的利益和好处带给所有国家，惠及各国人民。共赢，就是要把本国利益同他国利益结合起来，把本国发展同各国共同发展联系起来。全球经济治理应该由世界各国共同参与，特别是增加新兴市场国家和发展中国家的代表性和发言权。

Improving global economic governance

The idea of global economic governance proposed by China aims at promoting the growth of economic globalization in the direction of balance, universal benefits and win-win results. Balance means to accommodate the needs of both developed and developing countries, and balance their concerns. Universal benefits mean to bring concrete interests and benefits to all countries and their people. Win-win results mean to link the interests of one country with those of others and associate its development with that of others. Global economic governance should include the participation of all countries and in particular enhance the representation and voice of emerging-market and developing countries.
