The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is a city cluster composed of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao Special Administrative Region and nine cities including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Zhongshan, Dongguan, Zhaoqing, Jiangmen and Huizhou in Guangdong province. It is an important space carrier for China to build world-class city cluster and participate intheglobal competition.

We will give priority to the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, and regional cooperation in the pan-Pearl River Delta, thus fully advancing mutually beneficial cooperation between the mainland and the two regions.
