2022年纳入拉萨南北山绿化工程后，当年新增造林2000余亩，成活率达90％。拉萨实施城市绿化提升改造工程，提出“多维增绿、一街一景、四季常绿、乡土植物、口袋公园、拆违透绿、树池美化”七种改造策略，打造具有本地特色的生态环境。”拉萨市林草局局长格桑罗布介绍，拉萨南北山绿化工程实施以来，栽植苗木1.2亿余株，总体成活率达85％以上。
